Copays & Deductibles
Your copay is due at the time of your visit. We will bill your insurance for the remaining balance. Please be prepared to pay any unmet deductible amounts as determined by your insurance plan.
Out-of-Network Services
If we are out-of-network with your plan, we can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Self-Pay Patients
